The EC Drummond & BGD Property Group is a diverse and successful business based just outside Ross on Wye in Herefordshire. Our Group of companies own a portfolio of around 130 internally
- and externally
- let properties.

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual who can complete the various administrative and marketing tasks associated with the properties. The core elements of the role are carried out during normal weekday working hours and are office-based, but an element of flexibility is required to accommodate viewings and queries from tenants. A full driving licence will be required to enable some travel to and from properties in the immediate local area.

This role works closely with the Property Manager and the Finance and Admin team - all based at same head office location.

Applicants should have a professional and courteous manner, keenness to learn, an eye for detail, and strong IT skills. Accounts & Bookkeeping knowledge is an advantage.

**Salary & Benefits**:
Hours of work are based around 40 per week, Monday to Friday

Some flexibility may be required to accommodate evenings/weekend viewings

Holidays are 23 days per year + 8 bank holidays

Salary is competitive based on skills and experience

The package also includes Vitality private medical insurance (after 1 year of service)

**Job Description - Senior Property Portfolio Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Friendly, helpful first point of contact for current and prospective tenants, providing outstanding customer service
- Diligent, systematic approach to the various administrative tasks including dealing with utility companies, tenancy contracts, contractors and other suppliers
- Property marketing and handling viewings in person - so limited travel in own vehicle is necessary
- Tracking rent collection and management of deposits
- Approving and processing of purchase invoices

- Accounts, Basic bookkeeping skills and Sage 50 experience are an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
