**Company & Position Summary**:
XP Property and the ecosystem of award-winning property companies operating in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and London. We have grown dramatically since being established in 2018 and deliver a mixture of residential, commercial and land developments. The sister companies XP Surveys and Central Suites, are also based out of the Henley on Thames. XP Surveys is a fast growing surveying company and Central Suites a local Property Investment company.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with relevant experience in the property industry who is multi-skilled across the board and loves the variety of a fast paced ambitious business. The teams consist of 14 members. This role is to support the director with administrative work across all the entities.
The role requires someone who can learn fast, adapt quickly, organised and can work with the director using initiative supporting from an administrative perspective.
The most common response when our employees are asked “What do you enjoy the most about your work?” is, “the team”. We have a team of 25 across the businesses and a very ‘family’ oriented atmosphere that facilitates high achievement and a sense of comradery.
**Main Duties**:
- Assisting directors in the company with Business, Property, Construction administration
- Coming up with ideas for processes and improvement to day to day life
- Managing diaries, events, site visits, staff, equipment hire and external contractors
- Managing databases, CRM and filing systems
- Review and summarise documents, posting and scanning documents
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, partners and clients
- Assisting with social media
**Essentials**:
- Must be local to Henley on Thames for adhoc work
- Must be able to drive
