**Work Control**:

- _Answering Service Line and Booking Service Calls:_ Handle inquiries, provide information, and efficiently book service calls.
- _Ordering Equipment:_ Manage the procurement process for Copier / IT- related equipment.
- _Ordering Parts:_ Ensure timely replenishment of the necessary parts.
- _Stock Control:_ Maintain accurate records of Copier / IT - related inventory and manage stock levels.
- _Produce Service Contracts:_ Develop and draft service contracts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

**Admin**:

- _Answer and Direct Phone Calls:_ Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- _Organize and Schedule Appointments_
- _Report Preparation:_ Assist in the preparation of regular reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- _Office Supplies Management:_ Order supplies and optimize cost-efficiency.
- _Contact Lists:_ Maintain accurate contact lists.
- _Point of Contact:_ Act as the point of contact for both internal and external clients.

**Qualifications**:(These are beneficial and not a requirement)
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
