Service Receptionist

Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple engineers.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage incoming and outgoing parts.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a similar enivornment is a must.
- Proficient in using various office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
