We are Trinity Personnel, a leading manufacturer based in the UK, seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our HR Department on a full or part-time basis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

This role involves providing administrative support to our HR Department, including tasks such as:

  1. Recruitment management, including writing job descriptions and placing advertisements.
  2. Employee Relations, including absence monitoring and Return to Work procedures.
  3. Training coordination, ensuring essential first day training is completed.
  4. Supporting managers with training matrices and other ad hoc duties.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,500 - £32,500 per year, depending on experience. Part-time hours would be 24 per week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 2pm, Friday 9am to 1pm. Full-time hours would be 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, with a 1:30pm finish on Friday.
