Administrative Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Southend. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, be highly organized and efficient, and have a strong ability to multitask.
In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking all office administration tasks to ensure the effective and efficient running of the Team, office systems and procedures. This will include providing administrative support to the Manager and team, responding to telephone or visitor enquiries, and inputting data on electronic systems.
Requirements:
- Good levels of literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience of regulatory inspections
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Able to stay calm under pressure
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £29,100 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday + bank holidays and company pension scheme. Parking is also provided.
