Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Programme Assistant to join our team in the General Secretariat Office. As a Programme Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Secretary-General's Office (SGO) with administrative tasks.
About the RoleReporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the SGO. This includes assisting with meetings, document preparation, and travel arrangements for experts and staff.
You will also be responsible for coordinating and compiling materials for briefs for the Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary-General, and Senior Management. Additionally, you will develop status reports, project dashboards, and track budgetary information.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in administrative procedures within an office environment. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial systems.
Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata. The salary range is based on the location, job requirements, and industry standards.
