Alcea Consultancy seeks an HR Advisor to support our Manufacturing Client in Stourport. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and general administration.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage recruitment processes, including job descriptions, advertising, and interview scheduling.
  2. Coordinate employee inductions and conduct Right to Work checks.
  3. Monitor absences, conduct Return to Work interviews, and apply the Bradford Factor for absence management.
  4. Maintain employee records, update training matrices, and support the QUENSH system.
Requirements:
  1. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  4. Strong communication skills and team orientation.
  5. Previous experience in administration is essential.
  6. Experience in a factory setting is an advantage.
  7. Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.

The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 per annum. Alcea Consultancy acts as an employment business/agency in relation to this vacancy.
