About This Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team in Wrexham. You will be responsible for reviewing installation design bills, creating sourcing trackers, and managing procurements.

Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase requisitions and B2B requisitions for HV projects.
  • Approve invoices through the goods receipting process and record receipts within the GR tracker.
  • Manage the central point of contact for all invoice queries and distribute them to relevant users if unresolved.
  • Monitor and manage purchase order coverage, highlighting potential issues to the Contract Manager and Project Manager.
  • Seek quotations for goods and services and negotiate prices as needed.
  • Assign suitable project engineers to jobs, ensuring holiday periods are covered and liaising with departments when support is required.
  • Attend coordination meetings with clients to discuss progress, issues, and queries.
  • Collate and analyze data for monthly finance review documents, assigning costs to appropriate categories.
