Job Summary

We are seeking an Education Administration Coordinator to join our team at Green Gates Academy.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to show initiative in dealing with enquiries and providing support to colleagues.

This role involves a range of administrative tasks, including greeting visitors, answering the telephone, and managing general enquiries. The ideal candidate will also provide administrative support with the paperwork around EHCP meetings.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSE or equivalent qualifications (including Maths and English) or relevant experience. Knowledge of SIMS would be beneficial but is not essential as training will be provided.

Although this post is primarily based at Green Gates Academy, the successful candidate may be required to work at another local academy within the Trust on occasion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors and handling telephone calls
  • Managing general inquiries
  • Coordinating administrative tasks for EHCP meetings

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of £12,622.
