Global Business Services Strategy Manager

As a key member of our Global Business Services Business Development team, you will develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for our Global Business Services (GBS) customers. This includes crafting GTM strategies, evangelizing our platform, upleveling field capacity, and shaping cross-functional ecosystem activities to build pipeline and capture market opportunities.
This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in growing our business and driving lasting impact. Ideal candidates are seasoned professionals with sales leadership, business development, strategy, and operations expertise.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building integrated and unified GTM strategies with cross-functional business partners.
- Contributing to a geographically dispersed team to accelerate business growth and drive GTM success.
- Tracking and monitoring key metrics to ensure success, recommending course correction and success initiatives.
- Bringing deep domain expertise to help win top GBS deals.
- Partnering with Marketing to tune customer and field collateral for field sales team success.
- Providing guidance on target account selection and prioritization.
Requirements include 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, and GTM strategy, with deep sales, market, and product knowledge relating to Global Business Services. A proven record of selling to large enterprise customers, strong organization, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills are also necessary.
