Strategic Business Development Director

Job OverviewThis role involves producing new business with ServiceNow's largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams to support esteemed clients.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership to clients to achieve defined revenue goals
- Becoming the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow, building trust through multi-tiered relationships
- Collaborating with the greater ServiceNow solution teams to develop customized solutions based on client strategic outcomes
- Managing all executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients
- Overseeing worldwide account development, including resource allocation and deployment
To be successful, you should have:
- At least 7 years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies with revenue opportunities
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent, with proven multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and executive-level relationship management
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management within software or IT sales organizations
- Experience achieving sales targets and leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Able to understand broad business IT needs for prospective clients
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $**120,000**-$**180,000**, depending on location and qualifications.
