Job Description

Orka Financial is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Staines upon Thames. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office, where you will work closely with our FP&A Director to deliver all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and business support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate independent UK and Ireland quarterly forecasts, providing key insights into business risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain mid to long-term strategic planning models to assist the leadership team in making commercial decisions.
  • Business partner with UK and Ireland Business Units, providing financial and commercial support.
  • Retrieve data from multiple sources, leverage Excel to cleanse, consolidate, and analyze.
  • Drive continuous improvement and Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives throughout Finance and the wider organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business partnership and commercial analysis, preferably in a large organization.
  • Ability to maintain clear lines of communication and accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to identify areas to improve and drive forward efficiencies.
  • Must be a self-starter and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven commercial acumen is essential.
Salary and Benefits

£70,000 - £78,000 + bonus + benefits.
