About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Partner to join our team at Kerry, a leading taste and nutrition company. As a Business Finance Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives through the provision and interpretation of key commercial management information.

You will work closely with our commercial functions to develop business cases and model scenarios, such as building innovation P&Ls, exploring new promotional mechanics, and evaluating the impact of commodity pricing. Your analytical skills and commercial acumen will be essential in influencing stakeholders in financial and business decision-making.

As a Business Finance Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing month-end variance analysis, outlining emerging trends or issues, and sharing actionable insights.
  • Developing robust and accurate financial forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities, and presenting forecasted outlook to senior stakeholders and wider commercial teams.
  • Partnering with commercial stakeholders to review promotional performance, analyzing the return on investment and effectiveness of our trade spend investments, and challenging sales teams to optimize future promotional plans.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency of our financial processes and seeking ways to add more value.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial Business Partnering experience in a similar role is a must.
  • Qualified (or Part Qualified) Accountant with a CIMA or ACCA professional qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate professionally to all levels and functions of an organization.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge and experience of PowerBI and/or Power Query would be advantageous.
