About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our growing GB Business. As a key member of our cross-functional Growth Teams, you will play a crucial role in delivering our business objectives and driving growth through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to develop business cases and model scenarios
  • Provide month-end variance analysis and identify emerging trends or issues
  • Deliver robust and accurate financial forecasts and present forecasted outlook to senior stakeholders
  • Review promotional performance and analyze the return on investment and effectiveness of our trade spend investments
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency of our financial processes

Requirements:

  • Commercial Business Partnering experience in a similar role
  • Qualified (or Part Qualified) Accountant with a CIMA or ACCA professional qualification
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge and experience of PowerBI and/or Power Query would be advantageous
