The primary responsibility for this role is to nurture and expand relationships with our strategic partners to drive mutual, global success. This requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and a deep understanding of our products and the needs of our partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partner or channel management, preferably in the SaaS industry. They will be a strong communicator and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with partners at all levels.

The Strategic Partner Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing partner account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, serving as their main point of contact within the organization.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand partner relationships and drive incremental revenue.
  • Providing regular updates and reporting on partner performance and opportunities to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to identify and pursue growth opportunities. They will also have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
