Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategy & Development
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Strategy & Development to join our global strategy & development team at Chubb Fire & Security Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the setting and execution of the strategic goals of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify trends in the marketplace and monitor competitive landscape to determine impact to the organisation's strategic roadmap and uncover opportunities for innovation and growth
• Leverage strategic relationships with customers, competitors, suppliers, and professional organisations
• Evaluate internal and external strategic issues which could affect growth
Corporate Strategic Planning Process:
• Partner and support in the development, management and execution of the strategic planning process, partnering across the organisation to deliver the long term strategic plans
Strategic Projects Execution:
• Work alongside the business units and other functions to enable and ensure the success of major growth initiatives
• Own and drive the execution of selective strategic projects
M&A:
• Identify and build a pipeline of M&A opportunities in collaboration with the business units and aligned to the strategy
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including department heads, managers, and employees, fostering collaboration and alignment on strategic initiatives
Requirements:
• Considerable work experience acquired at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in an internal strategy department for a high growth organisation
• Undergraduate degree with a focus in Finance or Commerce. Attainment of a MBA, CFA, CBV or ACA is desirable
• A successful track record in evaluating business and/or major capital initiatives that have had a high impact on a high growth company
• Proven ability to analyse, evaluate and make recommendations on strategic questions and draw conclusions from large and/or complex data sources
• Proven ability to partner with other functions/business leaders on complex problems and business issues
• The ability to influence and guide stakeholders
