Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing suppliers against the Supplier Management Framework to ensure compliance with Bupa’s regulatory obligations.
  • Reducing contract costs while extracting value from suppliers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to obtain optimum performance.
How You'll Contribute:
  • Onboarding suppliers post-contract award and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Leading regular governance review meetings with suppliers to review performance.
  • Owning and managing the supplier risk profile to mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Driving category strategy and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining plans for continuous improvement in service, cost, risk, and flexibility.
