The Global Demand Generation Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing a digital go-to-market strategy that drives visibility and conversion across our mid-market and enterprise segments. This role will involve collaborating with our strategic agency partners to activate paid media channels, including SEM/PPC, Digital Display/Programmatic, Content Syndication, Paid Social, and Affiliate management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a digital strategy that meets our lead generation targets across our global markets and builds long-term, sustainable demand generation.
  • Manage the performance media budget to effectively balance ROI across a blend of appropriate and effective channels.
  • Take a data-driven approach to paid media management, leveraging insights from digital analytics and reporting platforms to inform campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with the web team, content teams, local marketers, and agencies to develop and optimize effective ads, copy, and landing page experiences that drive conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media management, continuously improving our digital marketing capabilities.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Global Demand Generation Specialist who has:

  • 5+ years' experience building digital strategies and managing paid media activation, including (but not limited to) SEM/PPC, Paid Social, etc.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing channel selection and activation.
  • Demonstrable experience managing performance media agencies to time, outcome, and budget.
  • Experience in tracking ROI and performance of marketing activity through the sales process.
  • Experience with cost per lead initiatives/affiliate programs and connecting lead gen activity to broader marketing activation and sales follow-up.
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media activation across geographies and languages.
  • Working knowledge of using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and the Google ecosystem of reporting platforms (Analytics, Looker, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing attribution and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting is advantageous.
  • Knowledge or experience working as part of agile teams or running agile projects is a plus but not required.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines and driving meaningful results.
  • Knowledge of the HCM/HR/Payroll market is advantageous but not required.
