About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Global Business Services Development Manager to join our dynamic team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering lasting impact.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting integrated GTM strategies in partnership with cross-functional business partners, including marketing, strategic accounts, partners, and geo-aligned solution sales teams. You will contribute to accelerating business growth and drive GTM success as part of a small, globally dispersed team of business development managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GTM Strategy Development: Build unified GTM strategies that align with business objectives, incorporating market insights, customer preferences, and product knowledge.
  • Sales Evangelism: Represent the ServiceNow portfolio in large-scale customer and partner-facing events, and 1:1 executive briefings, building brand awareness and market presence in the GBS space.
  • Deal Acquisition: Bring deep domain expertise to win top GBS deals, leveraging your understanding of customer buying preferences and market dynamics.
  • Market Intelligence: Bridge market insights to inform product pricing and packaging, shaping the BU roadmap based on customer and market feedback.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, field sales teams, and global partners to deliver and deploy GBS solutions.
  • Enablement: Define GBS enablement priorities, uplevel field domain expertise, and expand competitive readiness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ Years Experience: In sales, business development, and GTM strategy, with a proven track record in enterprise software sales.
  • Deep Knowledge: Of Global Business Services, with outstanding communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Customer Acumen: Understanding of customer buying preferences, market dynamics, and key drivers, with experience presenting to large internal and external audiences.
  • Sales Excellence: A consistent track record of sales excellence, meeting and exceeding team quotas, with a proven ability to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience inspiring global, matrixed teams to share and follow defined best practices.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.

What We Offer

At ServiceNow, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
