Global Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Director, Customer Care to lead our customer engagement efforts and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer care strategy that drives business results and fosters strong relationships with key partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership performance and progress against business goals.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in partner management, sales process development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
**Salary Range:** $160,000 - $220,000 per annum
