Sales Manager

Castalloy Europe seeks a skilled Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our success in the high alloy casting industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of casting processes, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide technical product information to customers and sales teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in business development strategy planning and implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in outside sales in an industrial organization
- Strong understanding of casting processes and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
