Senior Business Development Manager for Foundry Sales
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Castalloy Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales in the foundry and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:- To develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and market share
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- To identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- To work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, technical management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in outside sales in an industrial organization, metal casting, or a related industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with casting/foundries and related business practices
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- A competitive salary of £45,000-£65,000 per year, depending on experience
