Senior Business Development Manager for Foundry Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Castalloy Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales in the foundry and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and market share
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • To identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • To work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, technical management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in outside sales in an industrial organization, metal casting, or a related industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with casting/foundries and related business practices
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
