Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Castalloy Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales into our foundry, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new industrial account acquisition and existing account management opportunities.
  • Product Information: Provide detailed product information to customers and engineers.
  • Relationship Building: Foster effective relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Event Participation: Attend trade shows to showcase our capabilities and products.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, technical management, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in outside sales in an industrial organization, metal casting, or a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
