Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and expand market share.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Built strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business cases to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to enhance sales strategy and product offerings.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry or Industrial Manufacturing and related products.
  • Experience selling manufactured products with a focus on fasteners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to travel as required within the UK.
