Sales Director

Establish a strong sales presence in the UK market for a globally recognized manufacturer of high-quality fasteners and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Built strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business cases to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to enhance sales strategy and product offerings.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry or Industrial Manufacturing and related products.
- Experience selling manufactured products with a focus on fasteners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to travel as required within the UK.
