Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Leader to lead and motivate their proactive sales team. In this pivotal role, you will drive growth by overseeing a team focused on engaging customers via phone, building data-driven strategies, and providing valuable insights and recommendations to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire a proactive sales team focused on phone-based customer interactions, ensuring they consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Drive performance through daily monitoring of KPIs, providing strategic direction and support.
  • Implement and manage training and development programs to enhance team member's sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Cultivate a motivated, high-performance team culture that enhances collaboration and individual accountability.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and performance metrics, offering actionable insights to the Sales Director and team.
  • Apply Excel modelling skills to analyse sales data, forecast trends, and optimise customer outreach strategies.
  • Prepare and regularly update price lists to ensure they align with market conditions and competition.
  • Support decision-making by developing and maintaining comprehensive sales reports.

What You'll Need:

  • A strong background in sales management and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel modelling.
  • The ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
