This role requires a deep understanding of logistics and transportation management, with expertise in implementing strategic plans to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
You will lead a team of Driver Operations Team Managers, overseeing around 70 Class 2 Drivers and 40 Class 1 Primary Drivers. Your responsibility will include resource allocation, monitoring delivery performance, and maintaining high customer service standards.
A competitive salary of up to £50,000 per year recognizes the importance of this role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
