Bennett and Game are currently working with a highly successful European Freight Forwarder actively recruiting a proven industry relevant Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands.
Our client offer complete European groupage logistics, freight and courier solutions and due to continued growth are seeking a skilled and proven Business Development Manager to join their Midlands team.
**Business Development Manager Position Overview**
Within this dynamic and fast paced position you will be responsible for generating new business leads by selling the companies multiple services in European & UK logistics and freight services.
You will manage your own diary and workload so excellent time management and organisation skills are essential. You will have a hybrid working approach of working from home, in the office and out in the field.
You will have continued internal support from sales administrators, operations teams and senior management and directors ensuring that you have all the tools to achieve and exceed business sand personal targets.
**Business Development Manager Position Requirements**
- Experience in a Business Development role within Groupage Freight & Logistics
- Previous experience in Irish Logistics & Groupage - Highly Advantageous
- UK driving license - Essential
- Highly motivated, experience of working in a targeted environment
- Enthusiasm drive and the desire to achieve.
- Passionate about sales - with a real focus and specialism in Freight & Logistics
- A personable and confident individual.
**Business Development Manager Position Remuneration**
- Basic salary - £40 - 50k
