Sales Development Manager

As a Sales Development Manager at Dawsongroup Plc Careers, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Midlands region. This exciting opportunity involves identifying and securing long- and short-term rentals of our forklift trucks, as well as promoting other products and services.
About the RoleThis role would suit a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who is not afraid to pick up the phone or meet new people. You will work closely with other Group Area Sales Executives to maintain a high level of forklift truck utilisation within our fleet.
- Maintain regular contact with the Field Sales Manager and Area Sales Executives to ensure that sales efforts are directed in accordance with company sales plans.
- Act on your own initiative to research information on potential customers through sightings, trade publications, historical data, past contracts, customer database, industry knowledge, monitoring customers usage/business changes, and own contacts.
- Making appointments to visit customers and promote our products and services.
We offer a competitive salary of £30k - £40k base + OTE + Company Car + Excellent Benefits.
