Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Castalloy Europe. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Travel extensively to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and participate in business development strategy planning.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, technical management, sales, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales in an industrial organization, metal casting, or related field.
