About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Castalloy Europe. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  3. Travel extensively to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and participate in business development strategy planning.
  4. Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, technical management, sales, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales in an industrial organization, metal casting, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
