Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Randstad Business Support. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for building long-lasting relationships to take their career to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, proven ability to maximise accounts and build strong client relationships. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. A strong strategic thinker who can develop and execute long-term strategies to achieve business objectives is required. Additionally, the ability to take initiative, lead projects, and manage complex relationships is essential.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including eye care vouchers, service accrual holiday enhancements, and a pension scheme. Free parking is also available on site.
