Brand Development Manager

Quarsh | B Corp Certified is seeking a Brand Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimise our online presence through search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising, and social media platforms.
- Create engaging content to promote our brand and services.
- Analyse website traffic and campaign performance using data analytics tools.
The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation. A strong analytical skillset and proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMRUSH, Mailchimp, etc. is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Salary:£28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Benefits:- 32 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays and Christmas shut-down period).
