Lidl is seeking an exceptional Store Director to drive sales excellence and lead a high-performing team at our Wednesbury store.

Overview

We're looking for a natural leader who can create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work. As a Store Director, you'll be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store's key performance indicators.

Job Description

Your primary focus will be on developing, nurturing, and inspiring your team in accordance with Lidl's Leadership & Company Principles. You'll create an environment where every colleague can thrive, taking ownership of your store and keeping customers happy. Your task will be to ensure excellent Customer Service is provided to everyone who shops with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, nurture, and inspire your team in accordance with Lidl's Leadership & Company Principles
  • Create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work
  • Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store's KPIs
  • Optimise processes and solve problems to keep your store running like clockwork and your team focused on their tasks
  • Evaluate and improve customer service standards
Requirements

To succeed as a Store Director, you'll need:

  • Experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • A pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and your team through every shift
  • Strong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversations
  • The confidence to monitor, manage, and improve your store's key performance indicators
