Service Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Coordinator to join our team at Xact Placements Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional communication skills.
As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients across the UK, handling inquiries via phone and email. Your role will involve coordinating facilities services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, addressing all inquiries promptly.
- Assist the Service Desk Manager with reactive requests, quotes, and scheduled tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Instruct suppliers to carry out work, monitor their progress, and manage event closure details.
- Utilise management systems and other necessary applications to track and manage service requests, ensuring all building and contact information is up-to-date.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Knowledge of management systems and software
