About the Role:
As a Guest Services Representative at our esteemed 4-star hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience. This includes overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking-in guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their queries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all guest interactions are documented and up-to-date

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
