As a Service Desk Coordinator at Xact Placements Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to clients across the UK. This dynamic position involves being the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, handling inquiries via phone and email. Your primary focus will be on coordinating facilities services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Desk Manager with reactive requests, quotes, and scheduled tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Utilise the Management System and other necessary applications to track and manage service requests. Ensure all building and contact information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide cover for delayed tasks due to holidays and sick leave, and take on ad-hoc duties as required by the Service Desk Manager.
  • While no specific training is required, you should be able to demonstrate relevant experience. Full training on facilities and systems will be provided.

Requirements:

  • A strong dedication to customer service with an excellent phone manner, comfortable using computer-based telephony systems.
  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who contributes to team building and is open to helping in all areas of the business.
  • Creative and forward-thinking, always looking for ways to improve processes and services.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. With opportunities to grow within the company, you will have the potential for future advancement.
