About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at Crowne Plaza Reading. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to room keys or amenities.
  • Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Assist with handling guest complaints and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and front office operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our property management system and other software applications.
