Service Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Transcomm Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our service desk, dealing with clients, customers, and the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service desk and coordinate with the workshop team.
- Deal with clients and customers to resolve their queries and issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Basic salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
- Overtime: Available paid at 1.3 x hourly rates.
- Benefits: 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays. Company Pension & Healthcare Scheme upon successful completion.
