We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead our IT Service Desk team in providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external clients. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk, ensuring that all requests, incidents, and problems are managed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of Service Desk technicians, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that service levels are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage and analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Service Desk management role, with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
