Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for their stay with us. Your warm welcome, helpful advice, and attentive service will make all the difference in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operation, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be expected to provide information about hotel services, facilities, and the local area, as well as make recommendations to enhance our guests' stay. Your ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism will be essential in this role.
While previous experience in a branded hotel environment is desirable, we are open to applicants who have a passion for hospitality and a strong work ethic.
