Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our facilities support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Desk Manager with reactive requests, quotes, and scheduled tasks.
  • Utilise management systems and other necessary applications to track and manage service requests.
  • Provide cover for delayed tasks due to holidays and sick leave.

Requirements:

  • Experience in telephone operation within a professional environment.
  • Strong dedication to customer service with an excellent phone manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
