Client Services Coordinator

This Client Services Coordinator position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining excellent customer service skills. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality client-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discussions and collaborate with operations and teams to deliver high-quality customer service via the ePROVIDE platform.
  • Support proposal and budget preparation, manage key accounts, and act as COA licensing main contact for large strategic clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver COA licensing and MRT distributed translations in multi-service projects.
  • Contribute to departmental process improvements and special projects, provide system support, and maintain shared knowledge resources.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, including clear communication and issue resolution.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in client services and/or project coordination.
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing, with excellent communication skills.
