Optics Support Solutions Coordinator

As an Optics Support Solutions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in Edmund Optics' success by providing expert technical support and applications guidance to customers in the EMEA region. You will work closely with our Sales & Applications Engineers to ensure seamless customer interactions.
About the JobYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-tier customer support via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Collaborating with colleagues on complex technical inquiries.
- Participating in the development of sales process improvements.
- Assisting in the creation and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
To excel in this role, you should have:
- At least three years of experience in technical sales and/or product support.
- Good knowledge of sales and support processes.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
- Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
