Diversity and Inclusion Standards Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Building Standards to provide trusted leadership on professional and technical matters within key sectors of the global surveying profession. This role is an exceptional opportunity to develop and maintain sector-focused standards, ensuring confidence and trust in RICS across the industry and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of sector-based standards, projects, and professional guidance.
- Provide expert insight on emerging sector issues to support RICS professionals.
- Represent RICS on sensitive professional issues with government and industry stakeholders.
- Develop actionable market insight to inform high-quality guidance.
- Mentor colleagues and manage project portfolios with minimal oversight.
About You:
- You will have extensive sector-based expertise and passion for excellence in surveying.
- MRICS or FRICS qualification with extensive post-qualification experience.
- Strong track record in delivering outcomes in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven ability to inspire trust and project RICS' brand internationally.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and guide audiences.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum based on the job requirements and location. The salary may vary depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
