About the Role

This role will play a central part in developing the Lambeth Together Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion programme of work. As a key member of our team, you will lead, develop, and communicate the delivery of the EDI plan across various stakeholders within the health and care system. Your expertise will help ensure outputs and outcomes are delivered effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing the EDI programme of work
  • Leading and managing workstreams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborating with partners across Health and Social Care to drive equality and inclusion initiatives
