Transforming Workplaces through Inclusive Practices

Fairer Consulting Limited seeks a seasoned professional to drive our consultancy business forward. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to developing new products and services for domestic and global clients, leveraging your expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), HR, and Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership on DE&I, leadership, and culture change to support our marketing team
  • Lead the development of new product ideas, business innovation, and lead teams to drive commercial success
  • Contribute to business strategy, leveraging existing client relationships and building new ones
  • Design and deliver impactful DE&I training packages, managing assignments and teams
  • Sell our services to existing clients and shape new opportunities with clients
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders to support planning and delivery
  • Undertake inclusion and culture assessments, developing business strategies to drive growth
  • Help build the Fairer Consulting brand, ensuring it's the consultancy of choice for organisations investing in DE&I
  • Design and launch new products to differentiate Fairer Consulting from competitors
  • Attend industry events, contributing marketing materials through blogs and research reports
  • Collaborate with partner organisations, becoming an active member of the DE&I community
Requirements
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing high-quality DE&I, HR, or Learning and Development programs
  • Experience in facilitating workshops for senior leaders
  • Excellent organisational skills, coaching, and mentoring abilities
  • Strong management and leadership skills, with a commercial mindset
  • Intellectual curiosity, willingness to share and collaborate with the team
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to network, form strategic business relationships, and develop them
  • Attention to detail and market awareness
