Job Title: Diversity Equity and Inclusion Specialist

As a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement DEI learning content that aligns with global DEI priorities and local cultural contexts.
  • Collaborate with DEI Partners, Centres of Excellence, and regional teams to design and deliver tailored learning initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DEI practices, policies, and industry trends, and translate insights into innovative learning content.
  • Maintain and update the DEI Learning SharePoint site and related tools to ensure that all DEI learning resources are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Provide logistical and project management support for DEI learning initiatives, including tracking learning programme effectiveness and participation rates.
  • Contribute to broader DEI projects, such as data analysis, DEI reporting, and strategic initiatives that focus on workforce diversity, talent pipelines, and inclusive policies.


Requirements:



  • Experience in workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion, specifically in designing, developing, and delivering DEI learning initiatives.
  • Global experience is strongly preferred, with an understanding of how to tailor content for different cultural contexts.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using metrics and data to inform learning strategy.
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and work effectively across diverse geographies and cultures.


Hybrid Working:


This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
