Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization.
- Support the development of messaging to share progress with employees and key stakeholders.
- Analyze DEI data to gain insights and track progress against business unit DEI goals.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to embed DEI considerations into people practices and processes.
- Work with internal and external communications to develop agreed messages to share progress against our DEI strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Established experience in a DEI focused role with a proven track record of supporting progress against DEI priorities.
- Good knowledge of DEI principles, best practices and emerging trends.
- The ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and produce meaningful reports or presentations for a variety of audiences.
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships, collaborate and influence at all levels.
