Job Summary

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder management, consultation, and influencing skills.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Great collaboration and diplomacy skills, thriving in bringing people of all levels together.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to increase diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions on DEI topics for employees and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that DEI is embedded in all aspects of the business.
