Role Summary:

We're looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our AV department, you'll be responsible for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, while fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inclusive recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Promote employee resource groups to foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Monitor and report on diversity metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Circa 5 years' experience in diversity and inclusion, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, with ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
